USCIPP is a program of the National Center for Healthcare Leadership (NCHL). NCHL is a not-for-profit organization that works to ensure that high-quality, relevant, and accountable leadership is available to meet the needs of 21st century healthcare. The mission of NCHL is to optimize the health of the public through leadership and organizational excellence.
The Center for the Advancement for Healthcare Value (CAHV) is a research center within Rush University’s Department of Health Systems Management dedicated to conducting research that strengthens the knowledge base for transformational improvements in healthcare value. CAHV has led research on medical travel and healthcare exports for nearly a decade, including projects funded by the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation and the US Department of Commerce. CAHV faculty members oversee the research on international patient programs for USCIPP.

The International Trade Administration (ITA) is the branch of the United States Department of Commerce that helps to promote international trade. USCIPP is a recipient of ITA’s Market Development Cooperator Program (MDCP) award and works in collaboration with ITA to help promote the export of US healthcare services internationally.

HBG and its team of brand strategists have worked alongside hospital and health system leadership since 1992 by managing more than 300 branding and business-building engagements across the spectrum of healthcare services and products. Their extensive experience with US providers bring best practices for marketing and branding as HBG works with USCIPP to holistically represent the expertise of American healthcare organizations.
